Expanding service offers better outcomes for leaseholders
The Freehold Collective is expanding its services with the launch of a multi-disciplinary network designed to achieve better outcomes for leaseholders.
The TFC Partnership Network will see solicitors, surveyors, managing agents and other experts coming together within the TFC ecosystem to provide a one-stop shop for collective leasehold and commonhold claims and litigation.
Mike Somekh, founder of The Freehold Collective, said that the aim of the network was to create a trusted community capable of working together on complex cases, exchanging best practice and staying ahead of fast-moving legislative and valuation developments.
“Leasehold enfranchisement and Commonhold are highly complex and constantly evolving areas of law, where small technical nuances have significant consequences for leasehold clients. By bringing together experienced professionals from across the sector, we will raise standards, deepen expertise and deliver stronger outcomes for millions of residential property owners.”
